Terms and refunds

Buying Owl Mode

Owl Mode costs €5, paid once. Our online reseller Lemon Squeezy handles the payment and is the seller of record, so their terms apply to the purchase itself. You get the download link by email right after paying.

Your license

One purchase lets you use Owl Mode on up to 3 Macs that you use yourself. Please don't share or resell the download.

Refunds

If Owl Mode doesn't work on your Mac, email hello@owlmode.app within 14 days of buying and you get your €5 back. No questions asked.

Using it sensibly

Owl Mode keeps your Mac running with the lid closed. A closed MacBook cools less well, so don't leave it working hard in a closed bag or sleeve. Owl Mode lets your Mac sleep when it runs hot or the battery gets low, but you stay responsible for where you put your Mac. The app is provided as is, without warranty.

Updates

Updates within version 1 are free. If a version 2 ever comes, we'll tell you what changes before you pay anything.
